All shipments are dispatched via Econt courier company throughout Bulgaria.
Delivery prices
- Delivery to an Econt office: BGN 6.23
- Delivery to an address with Econt: BGN 7.80
Additional services such as timed delivery, SMS notification, and cash on delivery fees may apply.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day are processed on the same day.
The standard delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (excluding individual orders).
The standard delivery time by the courier company is 1 business day, with possible delays during peak periods or deliveries to small settlements on a schedule.

For orders with incomplete or incorrect data, we will contact you for confirmation. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be canceled, and you will be notified by email.

Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, with the exception of personalized orders, which are non-returnable.
